This policy explains how SDT Creative, part of SDT Media, collects, uses and protects data from website visitors and people who contact us.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, organization, email address, phone number if you provide it, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Technical data recorded automatically by our hosting server for security, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and time of request.
We use no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. One cookie (sdt_lang) remembers the language you chose, and your browser stores your light or dark mode choice locally.

To answer your inquiry, prepare proposals and communicate with you about your project.
To protect the website from abuse and spam.
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell it.

The SDT Creative team handling your request.
Our hosting and email provider, which runs the website and delivers messages, only as needed to provide that service.
If you play an embedded YouTube video, YouTube’s privacy policy applies. The player loads only after you press play, in privacy-enhanced mode.

We treat client materials, documents and systems confidentially, as set out in our agreements.
We publish client work only with the client’s approval.
We film beneficiaries and communities with their consent and under the protection protocols of the organizations we work with, and we never publish children’s full names.

We keep contact messages for the duration of the correspondence and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract requires longer.
Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider’s policy.

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to messages is limited to those who need it, and we collect as little data as possible.
